CPE Hours

For certified members, taking Module 1 and Module 2 counts towards Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours. You will be required to register with your CPA number and password when you launch a module.

It covers how to navigate conversations, simplify information, request information, build rapport, give directions, handle deficiencies, persuade others, and navigate group meetings.

Taking this module provides certified members with 1.5 hours of CPE.
