During this webinar, we will review the most recent legislative changes from CRA and Revenue Quebec and discuss your rights as an employer to recover overpayments and restrictions under employment standards you should be aware of. We will also provide you with definitions to help you distinguish between a payroll error and a repayment of salary or wage:
