The Essentials of Project Management course was created to meet the high-level needs of Payroll and HR professionals taking on a project management role. Students will learn foundational project management knowledge while putting key concepts and skills into practice through a payroll-focused case study application. The primary focus of the program is to teach practical project management skills that use the payroll best practices and process framework.
