This Webinar will provide practical guidelines for conducting workplace investigations as well as highlighting the importance of conducting a comprehensive investigation in today’s challenging work environment. Given the legislative changes, new technology, social media enhancements, and the increasing level of employee sophistication, Managers need to be fully equipped to carry out workplace investigations pertaining to harassment, bullying as well as workplace violence.
