Payroll is more global than ever before — and that means navigating greater complexity to get it right for your employer and the workers relying on you.
For many professionals, knowing Canadian payroll has traditionally been enough. That’s no longer the case. With more and more organizations operating across borders, payroll professionals are increasingly faced with a myriad of new and often incongruous compliance risks, statutory requirements, operational obligations, and unforeseen challenges when managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions. This means that a thorough understanding of how to manage a global payroll is no longer a niche skill — it is essential if you want to be job-ready today and tomorrow!
Being ready requires more than technical expertise. It demands an understanding of country-specific regulations, cultural and operational differences, and how technologies integrate with broader organizational systems.
The Global Payroll Management Micro-Credential prepares you with the skills and knowledge that are integral to your success. Through expert-led learning and practical discussions, you will gain insight into how global payroll functions operate, the risks organizations must manage, and the leadership perspective required to support a modern workforce.
