Co-produced by the National Payroll Institute and PayrollOrg, this course provides the information necessary to maintain compliance in every U.S. state in which you pay employees. Learn how nexus, reciprocity and residency determinations can affect state income tax withholding. This course also covers withholding for child support, state wage and hour rules and regulations as well as touches on paid sick leave - items that are often overlooked when employees cross state lines to work.

- Learn the rules to review to be compliant with state income tax withholding
- Determine which state and federal minimum wage requirements to follow
- Understand how to calculate overtime premium pay for states not following federal regulations
- Know the states that require paid sick leave and paid family leave to employees

Cancellations or Transfers: requests must be received in writing at least four (4) business days prior to the online seminar date.
