To keep you at the forefront of rapid changes to payroll and business, this workshop will demonstrate how you can use data in all its forms and produce insights to support business health and wellness. An essential output of that data analysis is Key Performance Indicators – or KPIs.
KPIs are key metrics that track your organization’s performance against business objectives. Increasingly, KPIs are being used to monitor performance data at every stage in your business model. In this seminar, we will take a deep dive into business analytics best practices and how you can use them as part of the payroll function to drive strategic business optimization.
Important: This interactive seminar uses breakout rooms. Please ensure you have access to a microphone and camera for full participation.

- How to identify five valuable KPIs for payroll operations and five strategic KPIs
- How KPIs can be used to drive business value
- How to make use of KPIs for payroll transformation (continuous improvement)
- How to build a business case to secure executive sponsorship of KPIs

- Payroll Managers, Payroll Analysts or Payroll Professionals
- Those with responsibility for some portion of payroll operations
- Payroll administrators in large complex organizations with a large volume of employees and data
- Those wearing ‘multiple hats’ that includes payroll responsibility
- Those familiar with payroll, but do not have hands-on responsibility such as C-Suite leaders, HR professionals or Implementation Specialists.
- Small business owners that manage their own payroll
The format of this workshop includes lecture, break-out sessions, individual case studies as well as time for questions and answers. Through this mix of learning activities, participants will gain an understanding of how to put each of these concepts into action within their organization.

Cancellations or Transfers: requests must be received in writing at least four (4) business days prior to the online seminar date. Please note a cancellation fee or transfer fee in the amount of $50 plus applicable taxes will be applied.
