National Payroll Institute’s Submission for the 2025 Federal Pre-Budget Consultations

The National Payroll Institute made the following submission as part of the 2025 pre-budget consultations. In addition to recommendations regarding taxable benefit initiatives, harmonization, and simplification, the Institute also recommended that the government advance the Real Time Employment Data (RTED), or ePayroll, initiative by committing resources for implementation.
