Vehicle Log Book

A vehicle logbook is a record-keeping tool used to document business travel and distinguish between business and personal use of a motor vehicle or automobile. 

This downloadable logbook helps employees to record business kilometres driven, support expense reimbursements, and maintain records for payroll, accounting, tax, and company policy purposes. 

Employees should complete the logbook promptly and accurately for each business trip, including sufficient detail to substantiate the business purpose(s) of the travel. For compliance purposes, they should also retain all applicable supporting documentation, including, but not limited to, receipts and/or records of client meetings.
