The T2200 and TP-64.3 form has changed. As a payroll professional, you need to know how to complete these forms correctly. Join us as we review the crucial changes.
Employees may be required to pay expenses while conducting business for their employer as a condition of employment. To claim deductions for those expenses on their tax return, the employee requires verification from their employer that this condition of employment exists.
If there is no formal policy in place, employers may not know whether they are obligated to complete these forms or what information should be included on the T2200 and/or the TP-64.3 forms. What records is an employer required to maintain? What does the employee do with this form once received?
Join us to learn the answers to these questions and many more.
