Documenting payroll policies (WHAT to do) and procedures (HOW to do it) is no easy task. Concise and clear communication is critical to increasing overall quality of payroll, decreasing potential errors and saving valuable time. Clearly written and effectively implemented policies and procedures encourages employee buy-in and makes a companies’ vision unmistakable. This webinar is critical for payroll professionals who value regulatory compliance and are risk averse.

Jodie-Ann, PLP, APP holds her Payroll Leadership Professional certification from the National Payroll, an Accounting and Payroll Diploma from Seneca College, and Instructing Adults certificate from George Brown College. She has a great deal of experience with some of Canada’s largest Payroll Service Providers.
Jodie-Ann is one of nine subject matter experts in payroll legislation, research and training with the Compliance Services and Programs team at the National Payroll Institute.
She teaches many of the Institute's professional development seminars and has many years of payroll, and training experience. Jodie-Ann enjoys helping payroll professionals do their work more efficiently and timely.

Three business days before the live event, you will be sent information on how to access your webinar. If you do not receive the login information three days before the webinar, check your email SPAM folder. If it's not there, please contact membership@payroll.ca as soon as possible.
